  • DimasTech USA E-Shop: are you a Business / Educational / Government Institution?

    if you are a Business we can accept your PO after having a credit evaluation result and getting approved for Net Terms

    If you are a Educational or Government Institution we accept your PO after getting approved for Net Terms

  • DimasTech USA E-Shop: do we accept Checks?

    Yes, we do accept Checks for payment of Business POs, but we do not accept checks from private persons.

  • DimasTech USA E-Shop: Do we accept Telegraphic Transfers?

    There is a $25.00 fee for bank wire transfers.

    Provide your complete billing and shipping addesses, a valid phone number and the shipping option.

    We will email you the wire instructions and the total amount due in USD. This total will include the total of the items ordered, the shipping cost and the applicable transfer fee. The total amount due must be received in full.

    Once your Telegraphic/wire transfer is received we will process your order for shipment.

  • DimasTech USA E-Shop: Do we accept Western Union Transfers?

    There is a $10.00 fee for handling Western Union trasnfers.

    Provide your complete billing and shipping addesses, a valid phone number and the shipping option.

    We will email you the Western Union instructions and the total amount due in USD. This total will include the total of the items ordered, the shipping cost and the applicable transfer fee. The total amount due must be received in full.

    Once your Western Union transfer is received we will process your order for shipment.

  • DimasTech USA E-Shop: do we ship to APO/FPO addresses?

    Yes, we do, complete the order as usual, keep your country as "USA APO/FPO", enter either APO or FPO and AE, AP, etc. for "City".

  • DimasTech USA E-Shop: Do we ship to South America?

    Yes, we do shipping to South America coutries, you can choice your country and check what is the shipping costs for the products you may want to buy, we advise that all costs related to the shipment, including Duties or Value Added Tax are to be paid by the customer/receiver.

  • DimasTech USA E-Shop: Do we ship with COD ?

    Yes, we do ship with COD to our trusted customers, please consider there is a % adding fee for handling the COD, if you're not accepting the reception of the package you will be invoiced for the shipping costs, the coming back of the package and the restocking fee.

    Trusted Customers mean: Customers that already placed an order to our E-Shop with another payment method or customers that previusly contacted us via email for requesting this particular service.
